Welcome to the crystal bear. When you combine crystals and bears together it's just a beautiful combination. I love them both.

 I'm Moldavitedan - a collector and admirer of crystals  - so called because of my particular love of Moldavite. My crystals have helped me in many aspects of my life and have become friends. Each one has a personality of its own and I will tell you how certain ones have helped me at certain times of my life.

My other love is brown bears and have a close connection to them. I have been to Finland to view brown bears and it was a very special moment for me. You will find lots of pictures of bears in this site and I hope you enjoy them. The bear is linked to healing so is a good combination to go with crystals.

So this is how the crystal bear came about. This site will hopefully become the home of crystals and bears. A place to learn about crystals and meditation another important part of my life. I hope to hear from you about your experiences and make this site a friendly place to visit. I would love to bring people together on their journeys with crystals and meditation. I also hope you fall in love with my bears as well but I know that's personal to me.

MY BEAR

I sat upon a hill looking down

With trees around to mark my ground

A path before me spiralled down below

I stood up ready to go

But as I started on my journey new

A bear I met so brown and huge

It clambered up slowly to me

As in no rush was he

And as we came face to face

This big brown bear and me

The world went quiet the land a haze

Just us two my bear and me

I looked into those big brown eyes

I was asking questions I realised

Who was this bear who came to me?

Was I he or was he me?

Could we be the same me and he?

Was he just a part of me?
